#351 They called me Solanum nigrum, also known as Solanum tauschii, Solanum nigrum subsp. schultesii, Solanum schultesii, Solanum roxburghii, and Solanum salzmannii. I pay homage to the male botanists Tausch (I couldn’t find his records), Schultes (I couldn’t find his records), William Roxburgh, and Salzmann (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1753.
