#710 They called me Gentiana jamesii, also known as Ciminalis jamesii, Gentiana kawakamii, Gentianodes jamesii, and Varasia jamesii. I pay homage to the male botanists Edwin P. James, and Kawakam (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1890.
