#484 They called me Lolium multiflorum, also known as Lolium lesdainii, Lolium gaudinii, and Festuca haussknechtii. I pay homage to the male botanists Lesdain (I couldn’t find his records), Charles-Théophile Gaudin, and Heinrich Carl Haussknecht. They first catalogued me in 1779.
