#195 They called me Paspalum scrobiculatum, also known as Paspalum commersonii, Paspalum jardinii, Paspalum deightonii, Paspalum ledermannii, Paspalum moratii, and Paspalum metzii. I pay homage to the male botanists Commerson (I couldn’t find his records), Jardin (I couldn’t find his records), Deighton (I couldn’t find his records), Ledermann (I couldn’t find his records), Philippe Morat, and Metz (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1767.
