#428 They called me Podocarpus macrophyllus, also known as Margbensonia sweetii, Podocarpus sweetii, Podocarpus macrophyllus subsp. forrestii, Margbensonia forrestii, and Podocarpus forrestii. I pay homage to the male botanists Herman Royden Sweet, and Forrest (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1818.

Native to China South-Central, China Southeast, Japan, Myanmar, and Taiwan.

#416 They called me Rourea minor, also known as Connarus roxburghii, Santaloides afzelii, Rourea millettii, Santalodes roxburghii, Santaloides beccarii, and Rourea afzelii. I pay homage to the male botanists William Roxburgh, Afzel (I couldn’t find his records), Millett (I couldn’t find his records), and Beccar (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1931.
