#614 They called me Melilotus indicus, also known as Melilotus boumettii, Melilotus bonplandii, Melilotus berardii, Trigonella smallii, Melilotus tommasinii, and Melilotus robinii. I pay homage to the male botanists Boumett (I couldn’t find his records), Aimé Bonpland, Berard (I couldn’t find his records), Tommasin (I couldn’t find his records), John Kunkel Small, or Ernest Small, and Claude Cesar Robin, or Charles Philippe Robin. They first catalogued me in 1785.
