#292 They called me Vicia hirsuta, also known as Vicia taquetii, and Vicia mitchellii. I pay homage to the male botanists Taquet (I couldn’t find his records), and M. E. Mitchell, or John Mitchell. They first catalogued me in 1822.

I pay homage to the male botanists William Roxburgh, Fernandez (I couldn’t find his records), Thwaites (I couldn’t find his records), and Brass (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1911.
