#1024 They called me Horsfieldia iryaghedhi, also known as Pyrrhosa horsfieldii. I pay homage to the male botanist Thomas Horsfield. They first catalogued me in 1897.

Native to Amur, China North-Central, China South-Central, China Southeast, Inner Mongolia, Japan, Khabarovsk, Korea, Kuril Is., Manchuria, Primorye, and Sakhalin.

#1016 They called me Eragrostis pilosa, also known as Eragrostis burttdavii, Eragrostis linkii, Poa linkii, and Eragrostis petersii. I pay homage to the male botanists Burttdav (I couldn’t find his records), Johann Heinrich Friedrich Link, and Peters (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1812.

Native to Afghanistan, Assam, China North-Central, China South-Central, China Southeast, East Himalaya, Japan, Korea, Kuril Is., Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Sakhalin, Thailand, Tibet, and West Himalaya.

I pay homage to the male botanists Harald Lindberg, Bail (I couldn’t find his records), and P. Alexis Baron. They first catalogued me in 1817.
