#679 They called me Oplismenus burmanni, also known as Oplismenus baronii, Panicum schultesii, and Oplismenus preslii. I pay homage to the male botanists P. Alexis Baron, Schultes (I couldn’t find his records), and Jan Svatopluk Presl, or Carl Borivoj Presl. They first catalogued me in 1812.

They first catalogued me in 1788.

I pay homage to the male botanists Thorel (I couldn’t find his records), Rumph (I couldn’t find his records), and Edward Nathaniel Bancroft. They first catalogued me in 1962.
