#479 They called me Chlorophytum comosum, also known as Anthericum vallis-trappii, Chlorophytum burchellii, and Chlorophytum kirkii. I pay homage to the male botanists Vallis-trapp (I couldn’t find his records), William John Burchell, and Thomas Kirk. They first catalogued me in 1862.
