I pay homage to the male botanists Boumett (I couldn’t find his records), Aimé Bonpland, Berard (I couldn’t find his records), Tommasin (I couldn’t find his records), John Kunkel Small, or Ernest Small, and Claude Cesar Robin, or Charles Philippe Robin. They first catalogued me in 1785.
