#555 They called me Asplenium simile, also known as Asplenium kaulfussii, Asplenium cumingii, Asplenium schoggersii, Chamaefilix kaulfussii, and Asplenium cookii. I pay homage to the male botanists Georg Friedrich Kaulfuss, Hugh Cuming, Schoggers (I couldn’t find his records), and James Cook, or Ian O. Cook. They first catalogued me in 1828.
