#218 They called me Hedychium coronarium, also known as Gandasulium sieboldii, and Hedychium sieboldii. I pay homage to the male botanist Philipp Franz von Siebold, or Karl (Carl) Theodor Ernst von Siebold. They first catalogued me in 1783.
