Ophrys sphegodes. See image source here.

#196 They called me Ophrys sphegodes, also known as Ophrys sphegodes subsp. zeusii, Ophrys ruppertii, Ophrys fuchsii, Ophrys camusii, and Ophrys zeusii. I pay homage to the male botanists Zeus (I couldn’t find his records), Ruppert (I couldn’t find his records), Leonhart Fuchs, or Hans Peter Fuchs, and Giulio (Jules) Camus, or Edmond Gustave Camus. They first catalogued me in 1768.
