#139 They called me Angiopteris evecta, also known as Angiopteris ruttenii, Angiopteris norrisii, Angiopteris cumingii, Angiopteris willinkii, Angiopteris lauterbachii, Angiopteris naumannii, Angiopteris lorentzii, and Angiopteris hellwigii. I pay homage to the male botanists Rutten (I couldn’t find his records), Norris (I couldn’t find his records), Hugh Cuming, Willink (I couldn’t find his records), Lauterbach (I couldn’t find his records), Naumann (I couldn’t find his records), Hendrik Anton Lorentz, and Hellwig (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1794.
