#591 They called me Parablechnum cordatum, also known as Lomaria gilliesii, Blechnum gilliesii, Struthiopteris gilliesii, Orthogramma gilliesii, Spicanta capensis var. gilliesii, and Blechnum chilense var. reedii. I pay homage to the male botanists John Gillies, and Clyde Franklin Reed, or Merton J. Reed. They first catalogued me in 1908.
