They first catalogued me in 1839.
#429 They called me Saccoloma domingense, also known as Dicksonia eggersii, Patania lindenii, Dicksonia lindenii, Dicksonia plumieri var. lindenii, and Saccoloma lindenii. I pay homage to the male botanists Henrik Franz Alexander von Eggers, and Linden (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1815.
