#302 They called me Nepeta argolica, also known as Glechoma sibthorpii, and Nepeta sibthorpii. I pay homage to the male botanist John Sibthorp, or Humphry Waldo Sibthorp. They first catalogued me in 1832.

Native to Albania, Greece, and Turkey.

#300 They called me Crataegus pentagyna, also known as Crataegus klokovii, and Crataegus petrodavisii. I pay homage to the male botanists Michail Vasiljevich Klokov, and Petrodavis (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1799.

Native to Albania, Bulgaria, East Aegean Is., Greece, Iran, Iraq, Krym, North Caucasus, Romania, Transcaucasus, Turkey, Turkey-in-Europe, Ukraine, and Yugoslavia.

I pay homage to the male botanists Joseph Whipple Congdon, Cogdon (I couldn’t find his records), and Karl Koch, Georg Friedrich Koch, Karl Heinrich Emil Koch, Johann Friedrich Wilhelm Koch, or Wilhelm Daniel Joseph Koch. They first catalogued me in 1804.
