#22 They called me Crocus veluchensis, also known as Crocus pallasii, Crocus elwesii, and Crocus thiebautii. I pay homage to the male botanists Peter Simon Pallas, Henry John Elwes, and Thiebaut (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1845.
