I pay homage to the male botanists William Henry Nicholls, and William Keble Martin, Bernardin-Antoine Martin, Charles-Édouard Martin, Émile Martin, George Hamilton Martin, George Martin, George Willard Martin, Kenneth J. Martin, William Clarence Martin, Weston Joseph Martin, or William Martin. They first catalogued me in 1776.

Native to Chatham Is., New South Wales, New Zealand North, New Zealand South, Tasmania, and Victoria.

I pay homage to the male botanists Carl Peter Thunberg, George John Shepherd, Sheppard (I couldn’t find his records), Henri Marcel Gaussen, and Jacob (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1767.

Native to China North-Central, China South-Central, China Southeast, Inner Mongolia, Japan, Khabarovsk, Korea, Kuril Is., Manchuria, Myanmar, Primorye, Sakhalin, and Taiwan.
