#824 They called me Lasianthus hirsutus, also known as Lasianthus everettii, and Lasianthus roxburghii. I pay homage to the male botanists Everett (I couldn’t find his records), and William Roxburgh. They first catalogued me in 1952.

Native to Andaman Is., Assam, Bangladesh, Borneo, Cambodia, China Southeast, Hainan, India, Jawa, Laos, Malaya, Maluku, Myanmar, Nansei-shoto, New Guinea, Nicobar Is., Philippines, Sumatera, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

#814 They called me Dryopteris hasseltii, also known as Athyrium hasseltii, Polystichopsis hasseltii, Phegopteris hasseltii, Acrorumohra hasseltii, Byrsopteris hasseltii, Arachniodes hasseltii, Rumohra hasseltii, and Polypodium hasseltii. I pay homage to the male botanist Johan Coenraad van Hasselt. They first catalogued me in 1905.

I pay homage to the male botanists Thomas Fulton Bourdillon, Talbot (I couldn’t find his records), and George Charles Wallich, or Nathaniel Wallich. They first catalogued me in 1863.
