Native to Borneo, China South-Central, Jawa, Malaya, New Guinea, Philippines, Solomon Is., Sulawesi, Sumatera, and Vietnam.

#1020 They called me Korthalsella taenioides, also known as Korthalsella mumfordii, and Bifaria hillebrandii. I pay homage to the male botanists Mumford (I couldn’t find his records), and William (Wilhelm) Hillebrand, or William Francis Hillebrand. They first catalogued me in 1897.
