#808 They called me Corypha utan, also known as Livistona vidalii. I pay homage to the male botanist Gustave Prosper Vidal. They first catalogued me in 1786.

Native to Andaman Is., Assam, Borneo, Cambodia, Jawa, Laos, Lesser Sunda Is., Malaya, Maluku, Myanmar, New Guinea, Northern Territory, Philippines, Queensland, Sulawesi, Sumatera, Thailand, and Vietnam.
