#154 They called me Hosta sieboldii, also known as Hosta okamii, and Hosta sieboldii f. okamii. I pay homage to the male botanists Okam (I couldn’t find his records), and Philipp Franz von Siebold, or Karl (Carl) Theodor Ernst von Siebold. They first catalogued me in 1967.
Native to Japan, Kuril Is., and Sakhalin.
