#427 They called me Melica ciliata, also known as Melica magnolii, Melica ciliata f. pappii, and Melica ciliata subsp. magnolii. I pay homage to the male botanists Pierre Magnol, and Papp (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1753.
