#676 They called me Maclura cochinchinensis, also known as Cudrania thorelii, Cudrania rumphii, Maclura cochinchinensis var. bancroftii, Cudrania javanensis var. bancroftii, and Maclura thorelii. I pay homage to the male botanists Thorel (I couldn’t find his records), Rumph (I couldn’t find his records), and Edward Nathaniel Bancroft. They first catalogued me in 1962.
