#245 They called me Dioscorea pentaphylla, also known as Dioscorea jacquemontii. I pay homage to the male botanist Victor Jacquemont. They first catalogued me in 1753.

#244 They called me Chionanthus ramiflorus, also known as Linociera lauterbachii, Olea thozettii, Chionanthus roxburghii, Chionanthus paniculatus var. roxburghii, and Olea roxburghii. I pay homage to the male botanists Lauterbach (I couldn’t find his records), Thozett (I couldn’t find his records), and William Roxburgh. They first catalogued me in 1820.
