#28 They called me Herbertia lahue, also known as Herbertia watsonii. I pay homage to the male botanist Sereno Watson, Elba Emanuel Watson, Hewett Watson, William Watson, or William Watson. They first catalogued me in 1978.

Native to Argentina Northeast, Brazil South, Chile Central, Louisiana, Texas, and Uruguay.

I pay homage to the male botanists Lecok (I couldn’t find his records), Heinrich Johann Nepomuk von Crantz, Delacour (I couldn’t find his records), and Amans (I couldn’t find his records). They first catalogued me in 1813.

Native to Albania, Austria, Baltic States, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Corse, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Northwest European R, Poland, Romania, South European Russi, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Yugoslavia.
